GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
InsiderWalks.com – Mobile Self-Guided Tours

Digital Investment Hub, LLC (hereinafter, "DIINHUB"), a company registered in Delaware (USA), offers access through its platform InsiderWalks.com (hereinafter, the "Site") to self-guided tourist routes ("Routes") developed in collaboration with local providers in each country. By purchasing a Route, the Customer agrees to be bound by these General Terms of Sale (the "Terms").

1. Purpose

DIINHUB makes self-guided tourist Routes available to the Customer for use through a mobile web app, which includes interactive maps and audio guides.

2. Access and Technical Requirements

• After payment through a smartphone (recommended) or desktop, the Customer is redirected to the web app.

• It is essential to have a compatible mobile device (iOS/Android) and an updated browser.

• DIINHUB is not responsible for:

  • Failures, incompatibilities, or malfunctions of the Customer's device or browser.

  • Loss of connectivity or coverage during use.

  • Loss, deletion, or expiration of the link or access code.

    
    

• 3. Price and Payment

• The price of the Route package is indicated on the product sheet in euros (€) or the local currency, and includes taxes.

• Packages of multiple Routes can only be purchased. At no time is it indicated or allowed to purchase Routes individually.

• Payment is made securely through the Stripe gateway or other enabled means.

• The Customer may not request chargebacks or payments outside the official channels of InsiderWalks.com.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The Customer may not cancel or request a full refund once payment is made through the payment gateways enabled on the website.

• Once this payment action and redirection to the web app have occurred, no returns or compensations will be processed.

• If despite these conditions, the Customer wishes to request a cancellation, it must be processed by sending an email to support@insiderwalks.com.

5. Customer Responsibility and Safety

• The Customer conducts the Routes through the streets and cities at their exclusive responsibility and risk.

• It is the Customer's responsibility to adhere to local traffic, health, and public safety regulations.

• DIINHUB disclaims any liability for personal, material, or moral damages resulting from the independent performance of the Routes.

6. Intellectual Property

• DIINHUB or its licensors and local partners hold all rights to texts, maps, audios, photographs, trademarks, and designs.

• The Customer receives a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license for private and non-commercial use of the content.

7. Data Protection

• The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

• The Customer consents to the sending of commercial communications related to the Routes and other products or services, unless expressly revoked.

8. Changes to the Service and the Terms

• DIINHUB may update or improve the Routes and the web app at any time.

• The Terms may be modified, with the new version published at least 15 days in advance on the Site.

• For orders made prior to the modification, the Terms in effect at the time of purchase will continue to apply.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• The present Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

• For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the competent courts of New Castle County, Delaware, waiving any other jurisdiction.
